200g pasta (penne ) 
1 block feta cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp chili flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish


Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Prep the Dish: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Add cherry tomatoes to a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and chili flakes.
2. Add the Feta: Place the feta block in the center. Drizzle a little olive oil over it.
3. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta becomes soft and lightly golden.
4. Cook the Pasta: While baking, boil pasta until al dented. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water.

5. Mix Everything: Remove the dish from the oven. Mash the feta and tomatoes into a creamy sauce. Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water.

6. Finish: Toss well until fully creamy. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
