Shrimp 250 g (cleaned, deveined)

Butter 2 tbsp

Olive oil  1 tbsp

Garlic 6 cloves(minced)

Onion 1 small(finely chopped)

 Step-by-Step Cooking Guide


Step 1: Boil the Pasta

1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.


2. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil, then add pasta.


3. Cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente (just soft).


4. Drain and toss with a few drops of oil so it doesn’t stick. Keep aside.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp with Indian Spices

1. In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil.


2. Add half the minced garlic and saute saute for 30 seconds.


3. Add the shrimp, turmeric, red chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.


4. Cook 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.


5. Remove the shrimp and set aside.







Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Masala Sauce

1. In the same pan, melt remaining butter.


2. Add chopped onions and saute till golden.


3. Add remaining garlic and cook until fragrant.


4. Mix in garam masala, salt, and pepper.


5. Pour in fresh cream and stir well.


6. Add cheese and let it melt into a creamy sauce.


7. Squeeze in lemon juice for a fresh tangy flavor.




Step 4: Combine Pasta and Shrimp

1. Add the boiled pasta to the creamy masala sauce.


2. Toss gently so every strand is coated.


3. Add shrimp back into the pan and mix everything for 1–2 minutes.


4. Adjust salt, chili, or cream as per taste.




Step 5: Garnish and Serve

1. Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander or parsley.


2. Top with a little grated cheese.


3. Serve hot with garlic bread or a fresh salad!
